Vira
This green gem is unknown to most who travel the main lanes of common space and those that do know of it rarely speak on it. Centuries before Vegeta's inevitable destruction, a group of Saiyans, all of which were of noble birth, seceded from the crown and left the planet. It was a mass exodus of some of the brightest minds and the strongest houses. They arrived on Planet Vira and tera formed it into the society they had been dreaming of.
The Virian Saiyans, as they called themselves, moved away from the monarchical leadership their ancestors followed for countless generations and became more democratic, splitting up the power of a King to ten main houses which they call the Ky'rn (kEE-Yuh Ern; Key-yern). At the lead of these ten houses, the Virian Saiyans became what they call an “evolved warrior race”, seeking out advancements in science, medicine and technology as well as profound combat prowess. They built towering cities that extend beyond the clouds, flying cars and capsule vehicles that rival Earth and still kept a strong, militant focus. But what seems to be a utopia is really just the pretty colors painted over an ugly canvas. For all of their claim to advancement over their “savage”, Vegeta raised, kin, they share the same views on strength and how it should play a major role in leadership. Which is why the Virian Saiyans revere houses that have Super Saiyan lineage and those houses are the ones truly running the planet.
Saiyan Culture
The Virian Saiyans are almost always seen in their Super Saiyan forms. Once they achieve and master this state, they choose to be in it whenever they can as a sign of intimidation to their opponents and it is a sense of pride to be constantly showing the rest of the Universe that they are one of the strongest and fiercest warriors in the Verse. Because of their caste system and reliance on the transformation as a sense of status, it is also why their population is so low. virians who do not or cannot transform by their 21st year have a choice to remain in the lower caste or choose exile and leave Vira forever, leaving behind their family name. When the Verse was in peril and on the brink of total destruction, Vira remained out the theater of war because they have yet to see a threat that they deem worthy of their time. Their motto being “We will remain” because they see the problems of the Universe tedium at best. But do not mistake their arrogance for cowardice. They are still -Saiyans- and have a love for battle that is almost never sated. Because of their higher levels of power, they often do not see fighting lower races worthy of their time and will simply flex their power to intimidate their opponent into giving up rather than wasting their time. If you manage to get a Virian Saiyan to go all out, know you are facing a warrior starved of proper battle and anything but your best will result in your demise.Players who wish to rp as virian Saiyans can do so and should they choose to constantly be in their transformed state, they must also follow the rules of power irp. Basically meaning they have the look, but not the power of Super Saiyan at all times and must still spend the proper RP energy to utilize the transformations true power.
