Marketplace Mayhem

General Summary

Moving from the Cavern that Rishinvel resided and heading towards the Drann River after strategizing with the Elven man, the party discovered bodies that had been dropped from several hundred feet above and murdered before being feasted upon. The trail of bodies became thicker as the party moved toward the Northern Edge of the Market Place Square.  Sneaking close, the party over heard a group of ten harpies arguing with a larger, matriarchal harpy before they moved to slay her. The party quickly surmised that the harpies had turned on their leader and replaced her with Hazequill, the Eldritch Griffon. This power struggle had left the Crimson Countess on her own until the party intervined and sought to make an ally if only temporary from the Killer Harpy Queen.  After a short deliberation, the group wrapped up their strategy to divide the harpy horde from Hazequill and slay him before they could return by the distraction of the Crimson Countess.
