Mel (a.k.a. Blackjack)

He is short and scrawny man in his late thirties with a funny-looking but cleanshaven mug and greasy slicked-back hair. He wears a black padded jacket and buckled slacks that appear distinguished at first glance, but are actually quite shabby and worn.

Mel is one of the only people that is in the Queen of Thieves personally trusted circle and actively recruits people he thinks will be useful to her. He often haunts the Skull & Sword Taphouse looking for fresh faces but just as often gets called into Drakkenheim for missions.
