Orc

While large framed and typically vary strong, the Orcs are not savages.  While they are capable warriors, they are typically careful to not upset their neighbors.  The Orcish population has always beed small and they struggle to grow their numbers.  An Orcish child being born without any issues at all is a rare occurance.  Many often do not make it.
Heart problems are also a common issue for the species.
For these reasons, many Orcs have dedicated themselves to the study of medical science.
