Arabelle Enclave
The Arabelle Enclave is a shadow of the Elven Culture, with hundreds lost as they were pushed from thier proud city. They exist now in a small tent village, able to pick up and move at a moments notice should the horde of the 5 Rings ever bear down on them again. They have taken to a ritual sacrifice every new moon as an offering to provide them safety, which for the last 10 or so years, has seemed to keep them at bay. Their leader, Lady Ilgossi, keeps a tight grip on her control of the enclave, many obeying her commands out of fear of becoming the next sacrifice.
