Much like the mountain he rules from, King Galid is a massive dwarf with a cold exterior and a warm center. He prefers quick action to laborious talking but he is wise enough to know when to listen and when to act. Over his last 54 years as king he has done well by his people, reacting to the number of crisis moments with swiftness and boldness that has likely saved thousands of lives for both his people and the topsiders above his kingdom. He has been forced to make many hard and calculated calls during his tenure but most would agree that he has done well with his time under the crown.
