Mayor Gunter Botek is the main governance in the town of Boulderscar. Tasked with establishing and maintaining the small settlement. He often surrounds himself with items and accoutrements that display wealth and status. He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems worthy. He is cautious and almost never acts without carefully weighing the situation. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
