The city above the green seas

A massive sprawling port city located on the southern shores of Shou. It is the most culturally diverse city on the isle of Shou, boasting a hefty amount of influence from the mainland as well as subtle elven influences.

Government

Sadakata is run via the governorship on the behest of the Empress, their word is law. Traditionally, the governor's wisely has a more hands off approach with most of the day to day decisions of the city.

The city hugs almost the entire southernmost shore of the island in a massive sprawl

Great trade center, allowing for the exotics from the island of Shou to make it to the markets across the seas.
