Temple of 3 Peaks

Up in the high mountains of the Isle of Shou, there lies a massive temple compound established to train and employ adventurers across the realms. The temple was created by three dragons, one gold, silver and bronze after the war in Shou had driven the Dwarves from their island. The temple has 3 very distinct wings associated with it, as well as massive grounds that accommodate visitors and a small group of laborers and farmers. The three wings are the college of spell, sword and fist; each designed to train a specialty for adventurers. Additionally, there is the Court of the Three, where the three dragons will meet, typically on an annual basis at the end of the winter solstice. While getting to the temple itself may be a mere dream to most, those that are invited find it to be a welcoming place.
