Electrician
Electricians were workers that worked with electricity, and provided the electrical work that powered the lights and many other things in homes and cities. Unfortunaly, this profession is no longer avalaible due to the lack of demand and even powerstations. There is no need for electricians anymore.
Description
Electricians were the ones who put up the wires in homes and busnisess to allow for electricity to run throughout the places. They would also sometimes work with electrical componants in vehicles, phones, and other machinery. Their main job was to provide and maintain electrical services in homes and businesses.
ELectricans were tradesmen, and required special training to be a certified electrician. Becoming a certified electricion depended on the region. The certification requirements for many regions has unfortunatly been lost through the fire and time.
Becoming Obsolete
When the Reign of Fire destroyed the world, it destroyed with it the possibilities of electricity. Large power stations could not be maintained without large quantities of fuel. Oil had been destroyed and there is no workforce large enough to mine coal or chop wood. Many cities considered it an unreliable and unimportant resource after the fires.
With nothing to create electrical power, there was no need to maintain or build electrical work anywhere. The work of electricians faded out and dissapeared.
The knowledge of the trade has been all but lost. Very few have been able to fine old buildings with wires in the walls, or textbooks and journals describinging the trade. Even if there was a way to create electrical power, electricans would not be the same as they had been before the Reign of Fire. If electricans did some day return, their job will likely not be the same as before.
