The Mysterious Snake
First met in a prison cell under the distant Union Courthouse, the mysterious snake is a self described assassin that does his dirty work in the wild shape of a snake (curse, druidic or other means of transforming yet unknown), and carried out his killing of Judge Turin with the heroes as witnesses.
The snake, for their assistance, gave the heroes clues as to his identity, one of which was that he is a Yuan Ti, member of the Snake Folk, native to the Endless Sands. However, the Yuan Ti cannot transform into fully formed snakes naturally, so his power has other facets not yet known.
