14 Haunted Mansion

General Summary

The party long rested until about noon, and awoke to find that something had messed with their car, opened up the hood, and taken a few iron pieces from the inside. These pieces could be replaced, according to one of the BLD's, but he needed some iron-containing stuff, and he needed to long rest to swap out his spells. So the party went out (minus Thiol and Raven) to search for iron. They found a mansion that looked rich and lavish. They went inside and found abstract paintings all done in red linework by the renowned artist Donovan Sullivan. They explored cautiously through the house and found that some of the other paintings were ripped and slashed. As they explored, they encountered a starved vampire, crawling along the ceiling, who attacked them. Avie nearly fuckin died. Once the vampire was defeated, her body turned into mist and escaped into the bedroom through a vent on a wall. Solana followed in smoke form and found the vampire's coffin and a lever on the wall, so she let the others in so they could burn the everloving shit out of the coffin and body inside. Once that was done, they searched the rest of the house. Someone realized that there was some space that wasn't accounted for, and that there was another hidden room. They opened up that room and found another coffin and a large gold stash. The party looted four magic items and split them up, as well as some gold that they divided amongst themselves. They went back to the inn near the edge of the city, where the BLD's and Thiol and Raven still were, and started waiting around for the BLD caster to finish his 8 hour rest to reset his transmutation spells to fix the car.
