Scholarly Dissemination Board or SDB

The Scholarly Dissemination Board or SDB is a guild of mages and arcanists. They have a certification board that lets the public know which wizards have passed review, and they promote apprenticeships to train up new young wizards. Every year, journals are reviewed and published to spread knowledge throughout the land, and they hold a big convention in a different city every year to have talks and exchange new ideas.
