Captain Francis Morgan

Perched atop a mountain of crates, this ostentatiously dressed pirate strokes his obscenely large mustache as he loudly continues to prattle on about his "days at the University", despite no one's desire to hear it. Serving as one the Pirate Lord's captains, Francis appears to take dressing the party very seriously. His clothing and hat have been bedazzled with gems and information from scouts and spies suggests that his flagship, the Malevolent, is just as bedazzled and blinged out as her captain. Captain Francis appears to be assisting - though not really - Olivantha in the depths of the snail caverns of Sotto Varoona...
