Council of Shifter Clans

The region of Oshiv'Ran and the city proper is overseen by a council of primarily elected shifter elders. Each clan, with the exception of the two shunned clans, have the right to send a representative to this council. Obligations of the council include preparing for and overseeing festivals, securing and discussing trade agreements, and dealing with hardships or disaster events. The High Priest is granted an honorary seat on the council and only votes on matters when a tiebreaker is needed.
The current member of the council are as follows:

• Vladislav, son of Dimitri, of clan Zver'Behekpa - an older shifter with a grim face and a stern disposition.
• Enora, daughter of Divya, of clan Bogyo'Tramelo - a very old shifter woman with a cane covered in berries.
• Nikodemos, son of Marcel, of clan Ezust'Hold - a very relaxed, middle-aged shifter with a warm smile.
• Mariazinha, daughter of none, of clan Gyuru'Ka - an older, muscular shifter with a twinkle of mischief in her eye.
• Chausiku, son of Iolanda, of clan Kopar'Mezo - a large, stout shifter man who, despite his age, is quite strong.
• Simran, son of Sophran, of clan Oro'Zlánfog - a charming middle-aged shifter who loves a good debate.
• Rados, son of Farmed, of clan Rák'Hangoro - a quiet, soft-spoken elderly shifter man
• Nora, daughter of Constance, of clan Szigeti'Fargo - she looks like a teenager and acts like one too.
