Diviner Two

Considered second only to the High Oracle in the "diviner hierarchy", Diviner Two – or, as some of the locals call her, Luna – is Caliban's local blood witch who specializes in fortune telling, divination, and prophecies. Whenever she is traveling beyond her Spire in the Old District, she is always dressed in ornate blue robes lined with silver and adorned with various lunar motifs. Generally soft-spoken, she prefers to keep to herself, but does entertain the company of a select few, including Kaili, who's bakery she frequents.
Although loyal to Caliban, she specifically serves the Lunar Queen, the Greatwyrm of the Moon. However, she has fallen into a deep slumber. Diviner Two wishes to wake her.
