The Doctor

"The Doctor" is a mysterious figure who's name - or perhaps moniker - has popped up in various shady happenings. The creature, Jaakobah, raved about obtaining perfection through the Doctor. In a letter written to Captain Porysis, The Doctor declared the uses of Jaakobah... one of his failed creations. And after exploring the Purifying Ward and speaking to a dead experiment via Speak with Dead, the Doctor is more than likely responsible for the creature that haunts the Widow's nightmares and apparently also ripped apart Olivantha's normal life.

Donning heavy robes and a grotesque mask, the Doctor quickly dismissed Moira's attempt to scry... The Doctor has a "workshop" somewhere...

In the Doctor's Lab...

The Doctor is an incredibly intelligent, cunning, and observant individual who, despite wearing a mask, oozes charisma. He walks the halls of his lab like a King, flanked by the dead-eye stares of those adorned in white masks. Here, The Doctor has twenty-years of security and magic built up. Here, The Doctor knows every nook and cranny, every hallways bend and dead end, and every entrance and exit. Here, the only god is he.
