Darrin was an antagonist briefly during the party's stay in Presco. He was responsible for numerous disappearances around the town, and was in reality some kind of Nahiki aberration using a set of small devices to fuse people in town together.
Once transformed, Darrin was dangerous enough to kill Usze 'Taham, and was only defeated in the end by Shaun, the local sheriff, who died in the process.
