Eldath is a god worshipped (seemingly exclusively) by Raine, with whom she communicates through a leaf. In order to survive Eldath makes use of divine pools, almost all of which have been corrupted by the Sludge. After drinking from the last remaining pool Session 12: A Divine Chug, Raine becomes Eldaths final pool, keeping her alive.
