Tempest'Lucia

Tempest'Lucia was Usze 'Taham's anime waifu patron up until she was very recently killed at the hands of Rashall.
From my understanding, Lucia's patronage was what kept Usze from essentially being a regular, person eating Lizardfolk. As well as this,Palanthus  is Lucia's sister. There mother was revealed, but things got very confusing and I forgot who they were.
