Naaric's guardian

Above the freedom gate of Naaric stands Naaric's guardian; A colossal, seventy meters statue of a man with his back leaning against the wall as if he is protecting it with his body. A spear is coming out of his chest as if it was thrown from the other side of the wall and went through it. The entire statue is white, except for the head which is made out of shiny metal and has a serious face almost like he doesn't feel the spear going though him.

Purpose / Function

When Naaric folded from the Union of The Northern Clans, a large group of soldiers chased the citizens of the Naaric settlements out of their homes. The chase lasted for over a week until they reached the Naaric capital (now Naaric) where they were able to find refuge between its wall, however, the soldiers were right behind them when they entered through the gate. Because of that, many people stayed at the gate and blocked them with there own bodies to give others their freedom. The statue was built as a memorial to those brave fallen heroes.
