Geography

Fioren is divided into two halves, both contained within the high-walled dams of the Sea of Prophets: Upper and Lower Fioren. The lower waterways allow for easy traversal of the District, while the elevated plateau allow for the open study of philosphy, Sourcery, and the nature of the stars.
The finely paved streets of upper Fioren are gently adorned in wide cloth drapery and awnings, as well as large instruments for environmental investigation. Large observatories can be seen poking above most buildings, and during the nights, the stars are mirrored by the sea's surface.
