Geography

From the entrance to Tannigur, Olde Ancaster carries the oldest and most cultural square of the district still untouched by the frequent renovation and reparation. This center quickly forks out in three directions deeper into the city. At the heart of this district lies the Altar of Flame, a grand cathedral dedicated to the path of the ancestral Flame, and the cleansing of the cursed within its sacred grounds. The wide atrium of the Altar contains the great statue of the prophet Earthen Ishkarr, who long ago spoke of a bright and grandiose afterlife. While he was once cast out for his theistic beliefs in this godless realm, the recent rise in this belief and following of the Flame has sparked a devotion in his teachings. The central region of Tannigur houses various groves of rich berries, storehouses of grain and foods, and various courthouses. The rustic atmosphere and air of history grants a calming presence, like a haze of comfort, that sweeps the torchlit streets.
