Black Cloak
Black Cloaks are special units in the Bregritopia Army. They report to their commander and unless ordered to must never reveal their special status.
Composition
Structure
The command structure for the Black Cloaks is relatively simple. At the top is General Tarhun Prexijandilin who reports directly to the High King. Under the General are several Commanders. Each commander is in charge of a particular group. It is the responsibility of the commander to get assignments from the general and then to get some background and information together and send out their squad to tackle the situation. The squad itself is run however any group wants to run as long as they report and answer to their commander.
Tactics
As a clandestine group, no one except their commander and the general know who and what they are. There are only rare occasions where they are ordered to reveal themselves to certain parties. On the outside the party just seems like a group of seasoned adventures or mercenary party.
