Drakkarian Water Tower

The massive towers loom on the cliffs overlooking the city of Drakkar. They produce and distribute water to Drakkar's 12.5 million residents today. Drakkar and the rest of the Megalopolises of Eastern Draqua would have been impossible without these marvels of magic and engineering.
Besides the great capital, You can find these towers in every major city of Eastern Draqua.
The Healers of the Soothsayer currently have a monopoly on water distribution to the many parched areas of eastern Draqua. Their highly lucrative business within the Bregritopia Empire is now under a financial assault from Phantomnwares due to their successful development of Condensing Towers.

Purpose / Function

To supply water to the people of the dry regions of the Bregritopia Empire.

Alterations

This design has been reproduced on a 1/4 scale at certain waypoints throughout the Bregritopia Empire.

Architecture

These 40-foot towers are an interesting mix of engineering, mixed with permanent magic topped off with Active Spell Casting.

• The towers are designed to distribute water to Drakkar by using a gravity feed pipe system.
• The Water containment holding area actually has an extradimensional space pocket created inside that can hold 1 Million Gallons of Liquid Each.
• The final part is in how it is filled. At the base of each Massive Water Tower is a temple to Niotz, Goddess Of The Sea. The temple is manned by 60 adepts of the HEALERS OF THE SOOTHSAYER. They are always at least 10 priests casting Water Gate at any given time.

Founding Date

The first of the towers was built in 2115 AC with the founding of Drakkar.
