Physical Description
General Physical Condition
A rather fit, aged tortle. His legs and arms are scaled as well as toned. He has a spined tail that he will sometimes pull into his shell on formal occasions. His neck is long, and he has a square head with an endearing face.

Personal history
Ulkam has lived for many years. In his life time, he has traveled many places and seen many nations and peoples. Of the places he has been, however, he is most fond of a monastery on the ground level. He trained there and learned to search for and find inner peace in any situation. When he arrived at Industria, he used any wealth he had left to buy land to build a monastery of his own. He's lived there for almost as long as the city has existed, and gains much joy from teaching those who would seek him out to learn.
