Spirits by Spirit
Formerly know as the Trollskull Manor, this piece of property was purchased by Volothamp Geddarm to investigate the poltergeist within for one of his books. After not finding anything of interest, he gave it to a group of adventures as a reward for rescuing his friend Floon Blagmaar. The gang paid the Fellowship of Innkeepers to renovate the tavern with the intention of bringing it back to business.
Shortly after renovations the owners disappeared and ownership was passed on to their next of kin, who renamed it The Spirit of Waterdeep.
