Intikam (In-tee-cam)

Intikam is the neutral evil god of revenge, loss, and retribution. Intikam has a strong following amongst people with anti-Underdark thoughts, such as some gnomes, dwarves, and elves. In particular, elves who are strongly anti-drow and view their cavern-dwelling kin as purely evil will go on crusades against drow in the name of Intikam.

Description

Intikam was most often depicted as an elven man clad in blood-stained armour, weilding a gorey elven blade. Regardless of the species of the depiction, Intikam always carried a grim expression and was shown as physically strong and menacing.
He was taciturn and emotionless, aside from anger and the brief exultation after a victory. The Black Archer was disdainful of moderation in the pursuit of revenge regardless of the interests of peace, and would often strike preemptively against his foes.

Religion

Intikam was featured in the elven pantheon, also known as Toveruus, and was the only fully evil-aligned deity within it.
Beyond this, he was quite an obscure god, and was usually only worshipped by vigilantes or those seeking to take violent vegeance on those who wronged them.
