Pekkora Wastes
The Pekkora Wastes was once known simply as Pekkora, an island nation found between the continents of Astarta and Djakalia. Pekkora was the largest Eastern nation not affiliated with either the Kindred Empire or the Djakali Kingdom, and found itself as the battleground in the war between the two. This war ended in a great calamity, which annihilated not only the warring armies but the inhabitants of Pekkora, rendering the island nation an inhospitable wasteland of rock, fire and wild magic. Nearly all the surviving inhibatants of Pekkora left for other nations, and it is rumoured that the leftover energy of the calamity warped any who remained.
