Satyr

Satyrs are a species from Felorno known for their easy going attitude and proclivity for partying. In the time before Felorno unified, satyrs were the main victims of minotaur raiders. Their small stature and general aversion to violence made them easy targets, and much of their history and customs were tailored around self-defense. Of note were their settlements, made of dry stone and able to be taken apart and relocated in advance of raiders' arrival.
Following the unification of Felorno, satyrs were suddenly met with the opportunity to thrive without having to constantly worry about their survival. This led to a drive to seek out the pleasures of life, in whatever forms they took. Many satyrs engage strongly with the arts, in particular music and drama, where their unique architecture is used to create spectacular theatres and sets. Some satyrs seek to increase joy however possible, using substances or even magic to heighten senses and bring on hallucinations.
