The Caelae are the Divine Creation of Upesh.
Of all the Eight, Upesh held the greatest affinity for the Primordial Chaos. Though understanding why permenance was needed, at heart Upesh missed the fleeting nature of the time before. Seeing the great gifts of the others, Upesh sought to contribute, but could not bear the idea of something so unchanging. So Upesh created the great storms of light that dance across the sky.
