Buttle & Weiss Brewing Company

Buttle & Weiss Brewing Company is a brewery in Waterdeep's Castle Ward, based out of The Great Drunkard Tavern.
Otbert Buttle and Carlyle Weiss are two up-and-coming brewers who have been making a name for themselves in the beermaking community around town. Finally ready to strike out on their own, Buttle tapped into his business acumen and Weiss his substantial family fortune to establish their own brand.
As part of their business plan, the two recognized the importance of bringing an experienced brewmaster on board to run the beverage program. They tapped Berta Amberrock, brewer at The Gray Griffin, to head up the program.
