Darleen Rubymace

Darleen follows the color scheme of (ruby) red and black: A red cotton tunic over black leggings, with black leather gloves and a black hooded cloak. Her platinum blonde hair is bobbed with a side-shave (ruby teardrop earrings can be seen in each ear, with a copper cuff on her left ear), and she has a prominent 5 o'clock shadow.

Personal history

From the prolific Rubymace Clan, a family of weaponsmiths. While their conservative, classist lifestyle was incompatible with Darleen's morals, growing up a Rubymace imparted the value of good craftsmanship and quality materials.
In her adolescence, Darleen discovered a scrawling of Thieves' Cant and was intrigued. She traced it back to a Dwarven thieves' guild- Gotyer'hammer- and quickly took to their egalitarian, near-anarchistic view of the world, becoming their youngest member. She was not expelled from the Rubymace Clan when she decided to leave, mostly because her parents were under the impression that she was going on a brief sabbatical.
While traveling in Phandelver, Darleen met an elven priestess who asked her about her beliefs. After confirming that Darleen sought to end class divides, the priestess recruited Darleen as a member of the Harpers, a secret organization dedicated to gathering political information throughout Faerun and promoting fairness and equality by covert means. Darleen now wears a harp necklace underneath her clothes, a symbol she doesn't show unless she has reason to.
