Elloris is a cleric and scholar of Selune in good standing. She has spent several decades in service to the church, learning the history and practices of the Temple of Selune.
Elloris is the eldest scion of House Silverspear, a minor moon elf noble house based in Evermeet. She is the heir to her father, Laman Silverspear, along with her brother Aldeis.

Elloris is respected within her field of study. In particular, her paper "On the Nature of the Transformation of the Juvenile Academician Under the Influence of Selenic Forces: Observations of the Emergent Planetary Warrior" is considered a landmark entry for being published so early in a scholar's career.
Mental Trauma
Elloris was abducted and imprisoned for several years by a false priest of Selune she considered a friend and mentor. She was made to use her innate magical power in a manner completely against her principles in horrifying ways, contributing to intense trauma. She was, among other things, forced to sing songs of mental control, undead command, paralyzation of the living and bolstering of the forces of her captor.

She spends upwards of four hours a day in religious contemplation of her god, and tries to live as a living instrument of Selune. Her own mental and emotional well-being is secondary to this, and will take time to uncover.

Elloris has a tendency to pick a target and pour all of the resources at her disposal into that target.

While Elloris is an avid potion-maker, especially in these troubled times, but she saves some of her healing powers and tinctures for the poor. She recognizes that her brother's adventuring needs require a great deal of her potion production capacity but holds back 25% of this capacity to aid the less fortunate of Waterdeep.
