Ensardin, the bird-feeder
Ensardin, Elven for bird-feeder, is an older Halfling who can be found at Caravan Court feeding the birds. There's a private exchange, enclosed below that Harper Agents know to say to him while feeding the birds. If you find him around town and know him as an agent, it is customary to pretend you do not know him. Unless he's actively feeding the birds. At which point there is an expected exchange so he is aware that you are seeking information. Enclosed below, for agents eyes only...
