Ras Nsi
Ras is a title, equivalent to duke. Ras Nsi is the brother of Osaw I, the last king of Mezro. When Mezro fell, he alone was left to rebuild the empire. To this end, he would burn heaven and earth in pursuit of this goal. It was Ras Nsi and his armies whom slew every last Eshowe man, woman and child, as revenge for the loss of his home and family.
As a skilled necromancer, Ras Nsi has survived the centuries since Mezro's fall gracefully.
"Black don't crack" as they say.
Recently he has learned of the descendants of Prince Kwalu, son of King Osaw, and sees in them the seeds of Mezro's rebirth. Under his guidance, nothing will threaten Mezro's rightful place as the greatest empire in history.
Ras Nsi has a notable fondness for Northern-style clothing and trappings, his mansion was shipped brick by brick from Waterdeep to Chult.
