Children of Dusk
Is there something you want but know you cannot have? A particular unrequited love? A special talent you could never master? Well fret not child, the Children of Dusk will help you, if only for a small price...
A guild of diverse mages, the Children of Dusk are known for their lack of morals and their willingness to grant any and all wishes, for a price of course.
Their clients, in their case, are known for their desperation, for you must be truly out of options to seek out a deal with the Children. Indeed, they are known for their curious bargains; barrels of blood, pounds of flesh, eyesight, your firstborn, the list goes on...

Structure
The Children of Dusk, due to their number of members, lack rigid hierarchy. Of course, some older or more powerful members might inspire in their colleagues authority or dominance, but none of them hold explicit power over the other. Instead, each case is randomly assigned to a member who has the required skills to make the deal and deliver on their promise.
Public Agenda
Some folk, even though the guild has a storefront, still see the Children of Dusk as a folktale, a children's story about deals with the Devil and the danger of greed. And while your assigned dealmaker might in fact be a devil, every transaction is treated with the utmost integrity and discretion.
The Children of Dusk are in fact a gathering of what some would consider "monstrous races": vampires, werewolves, hags and the like, who use their business front as a way to feed or find magical ingredients in a somewhat ethical way. Sure, blood is still blood, but can they really be held accountable if they are not the one holding the knife?
Some of them have grown to like their business venture and gladly make deals with clients, while others see it simply as a mean to survive without attracting a crowd of angry peasants with pitchforks.
