D'allahn Rhywddryll (d'aɫan)

Sword of the White Towers, Etharch of the Third Age, feared above all, D'allahn Rhywddryll is an elf of the Silicate bloodline as evinced by his amethyst eyes.
His Supreme Clarity is presumed to have been born in Dylan's Heel in the year 345 SA to the Althing Andreas and an unnamed wilder elf who were both destroyed in a fire. In 369 SA, he was discovered in a sacked town by Lord Protector Uthor and conscripted as the attendant of a minor Captain and quickly rose through the ranks.
He was awarded Stewardship of his namesake citadel in 750 SA for deeds performed in service to the Etharch of Lower Tircanol as a Lord Protector.
In the year 192 of the Third Age, Dylan was coronated the one Etharch of Popeth, receiving the sapphire diadem of upper Tircanol and the emerald diadem of lower Tircanol, uniting all elves of the White Towers.
Dylan immediately lead the Captains and Lieutenants of the eight Fea families on a conquest of Bellifwyrd.
