Our ship was waylaid by Cryphan agents, but we managed to escape, and by the grace of the Dawn were found by your holy daughter.

Her Highness Zar'ath has been chosen by one of the Saints of the Eternal Church, and has sworn an oath to bring the sun back to this land. We have been joined by the daughter of the dark lord of this land, whose name I will not write here, who wishes to overthrow him.

These signs clearly indicate to me that the time has come for the dawn to rise upon this corrupted land. I will assist in getting the royals out of this land and back to safety - those who wish to, and are capable of doing so - and then will assist Dame Phaedra in her sacred work here.

With luck we will swiftly establish a toehold here in the Crimson Empire, and will call for reinforcements once we do so.
