A letter to Sterling

Sterling,
My mother said I should find some bright spots in this sunless place and things have been especially rough in a warzone so I thought I would do my best to find something bright. Out of everything I've seen and done here, you've seemed like the brightest spot of light that I've met. I am relieved that you left with the royals, while we have found a somewhat comfortable place to stay while we are here, it's not without its own particular perils.

I imagine Astraea would be a bright spot right about now. I miss bright places full of greenery and life. I'm envious that you've journeyed back to someplace that has that. When all of this is said and done, when I've returned to the Fae Wild and assured my mother that I'm fine, I'd very much like to resume my journeys and visit Astraea. I know that Dalvath and Astraea have been at odds and tense at times and while I am no political figure, perhaps it would do both countries some good to see everyone getting along.

Tell me about Astraea and what you are doing, if you'd be so kind as to share with me. I'd like to hear something normal and good in all of this. Remind me of those bright spots. If I can, perhaps I can share what bright spots I've managed to seek out in exchange.
