Elton Meadows is a person known better for his written words than his face, though his name will be perhaps be most familiar to those who happen to read the International Citadel Times' bylines.
Not everyone may agree with his style of writing, but no one can deny him the fact that he commits fully to what he does. As one of the more prolific investigative journalist the island has seen, Elton has lived a comfortable but largely transient lifestyle - the stories lead him, and rarely does he settle somewhere long.
Then, there came the commission for a more extensive series of stories surrounding the Sanctum Hotel. What happened to it? And once we know its history, can we return it to its glory days? Rumour has it, of course, the whole thing is sponsored by benefactors looking to increase the rent prices in the area. Leading up to devoting himself to this story entirely, Elton has been making a second home of hotel room 196. Getting to know the area and its residents will be tremendously helpful, and it's allowed him to finish unrelated work in relative ease while taking stock for his most engaging project yet.
