Humans

Humans (also called 'Shaden' and 'Shan') are an adaptable race of people native to the continent of Shadeniin.
Much like their native brethren, the elves, humans tend to make excellent magicians. Unlike elves however, they live much shorter lives in the grand scheme of things; they rarely make it past the age of one-hundred. Due to this contrast in life-span, humans have made an inadvertent habit of being overly productive in life (much to the admiration of elves).
Unlike the modern peoples of Rendein and Mirk'lin (dwarves, gnomes, orcs, and goblins), humans have existed since before documented history.
