Mera Xentis forcefully forms the Xentis Empire

Mera Xentis invited the leaders of the various armies, promising riches and territory to each of them that none would even think themselves capable of winning. With (almost) all of the leaders gathered, Xentis announced that he would be reforming the world under one empire with himself as the ruler. Naturally, many of the leaders objected. Naturally, he executed each of them himself and united everything under one banner anyway.
