Sulfurspirit
O"nce there lived near the misty desert of Idaka people who knew when their time had come and who believed that if their relatives saw their dead face, disaster would befall them. They went into the desert to die and leave their bones to the forces of nature. For the local residents, the misty desert is a sacred place that must not be disturbed."- Syrta Khîm, téshànian naturalist -
Only a few paths lead into the misty desert and you can often find signs warning travelers not to disturb the peace of the dead. But many who do not believe this myth and take the shorter routes often tell of yellow clouds of sulphurous smoke that appeared to them at dusk and call them sulfur spirits.
