Tâmid is the god of the moon of the Âdocôdix of Brictaelgis. Along with the earth goddess Êlgista and the fertility goddess Brictissa, he is the supreme god of the Brictaelgian pantheon. The first month of the year Midrâdi and the first day of the week Tâmidêlu are dedicated to him. The Moon Festival is celebrated in his honor, beginning two days before the first full moon of the month and reaching its climax on the night of the full moon.
