Kadath

Capital city of Zahir, after The Ember Heart Raphael unleashed his flames on the city it triggered a long forgotten fail safe of the elven city and caused it to shift into the Fey wild or at least tied. when the city vanished a small portion of the cities children found themselves in the fey wilds along with a few building but the bulk of the main city was out of faze due to damage it received. As a result the children rallied behind none other than Ai Wistary A’un, A'un's daughter who later became Archfey of the Ruby Grove, were the city should have been transported. When Ras Al'men and A'un came in search of the city they found that Ai and the others had long since become fey and bound to the place but had little issue with them taking the city and returning to the material with it if anything both she and her father were more happy to know that both were alive.
After this the city was returned to the material plain and the city began rebuilding under its new ruler Ras, While many in his own party himself included said this was a bad idea A'un simply stated that he could feel the coming Cataclysm and that it would be better to already have a new leader enshrined now rather than in the confusion of the event.
Otherwise the City of Kadath is a missive island island made up of rock and sand covered in crystals brought back from its "exile" in the fey. Broken into 6 districts the city seeks to truly just survive the next coming calamity.

Demographics

50% Longlived (60%Dragonborn, 20% Warforged, 15% Elves, 5% Gnomes), 25% Half Races (45% Genasi, 40% Half Elf, 10% Goliath, 5% Tiefling), 15% Small Races (60% Kobold, 20% Goblin, 10% Halfling, 10% Dwarf), 10% other (50%Human, 25% Demi Human, 25% Beast Folk).

Districts

Kadath is broken into six districts, 

• The High District- contains the nobility and upper class of the cities society, 2% of the city calls this place home.
• The Arcana District- Contains a the majority of the Kadaths magical advancements including its general education center, main magitech research department, and an academy of arcane and occultik lore that may rival the library of Miskatonic and the Royal Academy. With about 3% of the city calling it home, mostly Mages from the Magitech Lab and students from the academy. 
• The Temple District- contains the cities main temple to the Fate Weaver and the Seven Pillars but also contains Zarhi's main Prison, Fort Zahir the Highlands main military bastion, along with all other day to day operations needed for the populous that would become to tedious for people top have to travel all the way to castle Kadath. About 5% of the city actualy lives here and even then its manly only administrators and soldiers. 
• The Craft District- contains the main production facilities of the city and contains the third largest population center in the city about 15%.
• The Merchant District- Contains the cities main market square and merchant exchange along with the second largest population in the city about 25%.
• The Dock District- containing the Docks and cities main living district with about 50% of the city calling them home.
