Personal history
Born into a military family Zeno was taught the way of archery from a young age. He is said to have been one of the best archers throughout his military career. Earning him the respect of his brothers and granting him the rank of cáno (commander)
Eventually, he was offered a position on the council an honour he could not turn down. With his guidance, the Xin army was always well-supplied and exceptionally trained.
He was against letting the Bureau into the city to deal with the Xinx Crystal and when the city came down he demanded military action be taken against the Bureau. However, Feakrith did provide financial reimbursement for damages in order to keep the violence at bay forcing Zeno to be outvoted by his fellow council on the action.
With the city on the ground, Zeno used military training to keep the elves primed for any attack. He also trained special units that were predominantly used in stealing plans and technology from the Xinx crystal Investigation Bureau. Though he will deny such things if confronted.
