Federation of Podaria
The federation of Podaria, or just Podaria, is a federation of smaller states whose military isn't strong enough to withstand the barbarian invasions of the south or the Cadegarian armies that come from the north. What started as defensive pacts between hundreds of smaller nations evolved to become an econical powerhouse in eoland, rivaling that of Cadegary itself.
Structure
Podaria is divided in hundreds of smaller kingdoms whose economical and diplomatical aspects of each kingdom are intertwined with each other, forming a sense of mutual dependance. Each kingdom can choose their ruler or government type, although each kingdom must appoint a representative in the poderian parliament, based in the tiny kingdom of Swisuf, a tiny coastal duchy.

Federation of Podaria is an human federation of small states, with a large agricultural culture. The south is mostly military although, because they consider themselves the defenders from barbarians, the orc tribes to the South.
