Bertrand Chambers, Attorney - 589 Marsh Street

A thin man with slick hair and a pencil moustache, Chambers is 38, originally from New York City. No one knows why he left life in the big city and opened shop in Arkham. Chambers is a not-too-scrupulous fellow who defends some local criminals with unusual vigor and ingenuity.
