Smith's Boarding House - 288 Lich St

This well-regarded boarding house is operated by Mr. Phineas Smith and his wife, Harriet, both in their mid-fifties. A second floor room with board costs $49 per month. The Smiths are a stuffy pair and though the rooms are spacious and well-ventilated and the food is good, they are nosey about their boarders. A tenant late for dinner also finds that the meal has been promptly put away or disposed of; the Smiths never offer a snack. There are four other boarders, including Alain Couzon and Mr. Elisha Waite, the goldsmith.
